Voiding Contracts Of Sale

Vehicles Covered: All vehicles, except off-road vehicles, motor homes, motorcycles, and vehicles used for commercial purposes.

Resonable Attempt: 3 repair attempts or 15 business days out of service.

Warranty Period: 1 year or 15,000 miles.

Note: A defect must substanstantially affect the vehicles ability to be driven or to be driven safely. A minor defect is not covered. Not only is replacement of the vehicle an option, you can be reimbursed for such expenses as tow fees, licensing fees, out of pocket fees, interest on loans, rental car fees, DMV fees, and attorney fees.
