Motor Vehicles

Vehicles Covered: A new motor vehicle normally used for personal, family, household, or business purposes, excluding motor homes.

Resonable Attempt: 4 repair attempts or 40 days out of service.

Warranty Period: Warranty period or 1 year.

Note: A defect must substanstantially affect the vehicles ability to be driven or to be driven safely. A minor defect is not covered. Not only is replacement of the vehicle an option, you can be reimbursed for such expenses as tow fees, licensing fees, out of pocket fees, interest on loans, rental car fees, DMV fees, and attorney fees.
