Unfair Trade Practices

Vehicles Covered: Passenger automobiles and motorcycles. Includes the non-living portions of motor homes.

Resonable Attempt: 3 repair attempts or 30 calendar days out of service.

Warranty Period: 2 years or 18,000 miles.

Note: A defect must substanstantially affect the vehicles ability to be driven or to be driven safely. A minor defect is not covered. Not only is replacement of the vehicle an option, you can be reimbursed for such expenses as tow fees, licensing fees, out of pocket fees, interest on loans, rental car fees, DMV fees, and attorney fees.
